Sales manager 

Are you customer orientated, driven for sales success and ready for the next step or new challenge in your career? We are looking for a 5– 10 years experienced Sales Manager/Business Development Manager in the Valve industry, located in Russia.

Within this position you will report to MT GROUP CO., LTD., a leading manufacturer of industrial valves, with the head office located in China.

Position

Develop and maintain strategic level relationships with mainly new and to some extend with existing customers.

Visit potential customers to prospect for new business.

Develop profitable new business and growing marketing share in the existing customer base.

Meet a defined sales target.

Maintain and develop existing customers through high levels of service in order to expand and strengthen the relationship

Manage sales cycles from lead to closure

Prepare and implement business plan

Act as a senior contact between MT and customers

Communicate customer needs and requirements to HQ.

Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales

Gather leads and market /customer information

You will be responsible for the CIS market to prospect, qualify, drive leads and build relationships to generate sales of our products to new and existing key customers in Oil & Gas and Power generation industries.

Profile

Willing to travel on a regular basis

A degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred

Relevant, senior working experience in the valve industry

Senior level of sales, marketing, communication and presentation skills

Excellent knowledge of English both written and verbal

Personal skills: pro-active, self-drive, excellent listener and communicator, team player, flexible, positive and open-minded
