Global Layout, Local Manufacturing 丨 MT GROUP Abu Dhabi Factory Inauguration
MT VALVES & INDUSTRIES INTERNATIONAL
On June 5, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. local time, the Inauguration of MT Group's first overseas manufacturing center, MT Abu Dhabi factory, was held in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates. The factory will realize the localization process of MT valve from production to delivery, expand production capacity and further improve the global supply chain layout of MT Group. To provide customers in the Middle East and North Africa with closer, faster and better service.
Mr. Lu Shiyuan (Chairman of the MT Group), Ms. Snow Feinan Li (Board Member of MT Group), ADNOC executives and guests from all walks of life attended the inauguration and visited the factory.
The new factory is located in Abu Dhabi's AL MARKAZ industrial zone, which covers a total area of 31,000 square meters and the new factory covers 6,000 square meters, leaving room for future capacity expansion.
At inauguration, Mr. Shiyuan Lu and Ms. Snow Li delivered speeches respectively, sharing their vision for the future development of the company and their expectations for the success of the project.

“In September 2023, MT Group signed a cooperation agreement with the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED) of the UAE to jointly invest in the construction of the largest valve production base in the Middle East and North Africa, aiming to build MT Abu Dhabi factory into a world-class valve manufacturing center. Within less than 9 months, we have miraculously completed Phase 1. Let's call this "Abu Dhabi Speed."”
The cooperation with ADDED will further deepen the commercial ties between China and the UAE. It is expected that by 2028, the annual production capacity of the project will be expanded from the initial 30,000 valves to 150,000 units, and the target markets will cover the Gulf region, Africa, the CIS region and the Americas, further consolidating MT Group's position in the global valve manufacturing industry.
